Our Waterjet has the ability to cut almost any material up to six inches thick with an accuracy to within +\/- 0.002 of an inch. The jet is controlled by computer, generating the same extreme accuracy on one part or one thousand parts. Cutting with water allows us to create parts without the negative side effects of heat, commonly found with more traditional cutting methods. The Waterjet can cut materials that are gummy like rubber or materials that can be brittle like plastics or glass. The jet can also cut objects made with multiple material types.
